Spain is the main supplier of olive oil and cured ham in Mexico, with 87.56% and 97.86% in volume respectively of the country's total imports. In addition to these flagship products, there is increasing demand for olives, canned fish, canned vegetables and snacks.
In 2018, wine imports have accounted for $268 million. In Mexico, there are currently around 4,000 labels, of which around 2,000 are Spanish.
